Many of the world's most progressive cities have placed light rail systems right at the heart of their public transport solutions and Nottingham is no exception. NET Phase Two is a key component of the city’s wider regeneration.
Working closely with our client a concise vision was created. The project needed to acknowledge practical requirements whilst delivering efficiency fit for purpose. The scale each unit demanded intricacy at vital junctures within the work. Thorough planning of our process would allow completion ahead of schedule.
For NET we manufactured 23 modified Tram Stop Kiosks to fall exactly in line with the inaugural Phase One specification. Our challenge was to ensure the equipment offered more functionality without compromising the primary function. The result was beautifully simple yet intricate design fit for purpose.
